Very nice appartment, clean, nice view, very good location- just cross the street and you are at Asiatique with plenty of restaurants. It is basically a hotel, so you have a reception, someone to help you with the luggage and laundry service. It can be a bit noisy during the night due to the proximity to the street.

Sergey is a great host and the location is top notch!

Great Spot for Relaxing and Exploring Koh Samui. My parrner and I just spent 3 weeks at Damians Place. It was just the perfect place as my partner had hurt her leg so we needed to take it easy. Great pool and very peaceful setting. Jason, Damians property manager was great and organised a rental vehicle for us at a good rate. The property is halfway between Chaweng Beach and Fishermans Village which were our go to places. A nice wee market at the bottom of the street with some Street food and good supply of fruit and veges. We would definitely recommend Damians Place for the best of both worlds but probably do need a rental vehicle.😁

Квартира замечательная, в уединенном месте,со всем необходимым, с действительно всеем необходимым, Эрика смогла предусмотреть, пожалуй, все, очень много вешалок в шкафу, в принципе очень много места для хранения, удобные сушилки и их хватает, наличие стиральной машинки-это просто лучшая опция, приятный кондоминиум, близость к пляжу, магазинам и ресторанам. До центра чавенга конечно же лучше использовать байк-это займет буквально 4-5 минут. Но и пешком дойти можно, если хочется прогуляться. Эта квартира стала нам домом на две недели и мы приходили туда действительно, как в дом,с болью в сердце расставались с этим местом, потому что это жилье попало в самое сердечко. Кроме того, оно красиво обставлено, есть вся необходимая посуда(тоже очень красивая), прекрасный балкон,где можно было отдохнуть, два кондиционера, которые были очень кстати, место для отдыха в гостиной и прекрасная обеденная зона,все соответствует фотографиям. Прекрасное жилье, спасибо! И отдельное спасибо за коммуникацию!

Ubicación idónea en una zona muy conveniente para visitar las distintas partes de la isla con scooter o coche. Tienes el mejor supermercado de la isla a unos minutos caminado , el Big C, donde encuentras de todo. Mi apartamento estaba impecable cuando llegué y esto es algo que valoro mucho. También venían una vez a la semana a limpiar la habitación. Me sentí muy a gusto durante todo el mes que me quedé. La ventana de la habitación da a un jardín así que prácticamente no escuchas el ruido de la calle. Peppe fue siempre muy amable y atento, dándome consejos e información sobre la isla y siempre pendiente de que todo estuviera bien. Me llevó al aeropuerto el día de mi partida y eso que era muy muy temprano. Muchas gracias de nuevo. Todo lo mejor para ti y tu familia. Alojamiento altamente recomendado!

Amazing Stay, Super Clean and Comfortable ! Been using Airbnb for almost a year, have tried various platforms, so I know how important reviews are. Initially I was concerned when I saw last review, but I realized it’s essential to look at the last 6 months to get the true picture. Glad I did Couldn’t be happier, cleanliness & comfort top priorities. It exceeded my expectations room was spotless" you could eat off the floor" Ellen the host was incredible. Arrived early, Ellen kindly allowed me to check in since room was ready. I travel to Pattaya for work regularly, this condo will be my go-to. The video link provided a clear idea of what to expect. There was a QR code in room with all the information including WIFI instant connect. Loved the APP to unlock door. Fast Internet. Location - Everything at the street and close by, Quiet at Night!! Bed - Fantastic, firm yet comfortable, unlike many beds I've had in Thailand. HIGHLY RECOMMEND I will share be sharing with friends.

We stayed for 6 weeks apartment was clean and comfortable. The apartment was in a great location with two markets on your doorstep the beach was nearby and with plenty of restaurants.The Owner was easily contactable if needed and would have problem staying there again.

침대 시트가 약간 지저분 했지만 전체적으로 만족합니다.

老板夫妻人超级好，帮我们提行李，早上给我们吃芒果饭，还带我们参观她的工作室，家和商店。住宿地方很有品味且香！很干净！水压也大！总之是非常好的体验！！！！老板就像我姐姐一样照顾我们一大家很温馨美好的体验！

This is a fantastic option for anyone who is looking to stay in Phuket and needs access to all the major beaches across the island. The restaurant downstairs is fantastic and there is also Phuket's best craft beer bar about a 2 minute walk away. To top it off, Sam is a one-of-a-kind hotel manager who maintains a very comfortable and wholesome atmosphere in and around the hotel.

Naya's listing was absolutely perfect for me. It was quiet and away from all the noise and traffic. The room was basic but had everything as described, and it was surprisingly spacious. The reception staff were sweet and wonderful, and the security was excellent. If you're traveling to central areas, I recommend using a Grab scooter, as traffic congestion in Bangkok can be intense. Overall, I was very happy with my stay!

Amazing host, gave me plenty of recommendations to explore the area. Great front desk staff. Pleasant and friendly. Laundry in the lobby floor has wash and dryer! 40 thb wash and 40 Thb dry. Easy. Friendly security guard too. Flexible with check-out. Thank you

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The apartment is well-equipped and comfortable. While the location is not that walkable, with a motorbike, it was convenient. I enjoyed doing yoga in the morning sun on the turf next to the pool every morning. While this was only a temporary inconvenience, it is worth mentioning that on five evenings, there was noise from live music performances in the mall's parking lot across the busy road. I appreciate the hospitality of the host and the quality of the accommodation.

chambre dans un hôtel très bien situé par rapport à la vieille ville. très bien accueillis à la réception où nous avons pu laissé nos bagages. calme et à la décoration sympathique piscine agréable même si nous avons été un peu gêné par les odeurs d'essence et le bruit d'un loueur de motos. très bon séjour

We had a fantastic month at Malee Highlands. We budgeted about £250 for a month of utilities and that’s what it worked out to at checkout. The staff and residents at Malee Highlands are really amazing. It’s a lovely community with fantastic amenities for families with young children. The staff provided insight regarding where to go and what to do on Koh Lanta. Office staff will also help you book activities and transportation during your stay. The shuttle drivers were always available (we visited in October so not quite high season) and they dropped us anywhere we requested on the northwestern side of the island. We did spend at least 100 baht per day taking tuk tuks home because Malee Highlands is set on a hill, which is a decent walk back from the shops and restaurants. It was easier to get a tuk tuk home than push the little ones through a long walk home. Our only difficulty was the ladder to upstairs beds. I never quite got the hang of it, even after a month!
