We loved our stay at this adorable house. It’s in a great location within walking distance of lots of great places. The house was clean and quiet, and Kimberly was very responsive and helpful!

What a wonderful family-friendly place near East Beach in Galveston! Place was very roomy and accommodated our group of 6 adults and 2 kids perfectly. Beds were super comfy and the kids loved the bunks. Great kitchen with lots of room for multiple chefs with a large bar area and dining table that each seated 6 . Common area was also comfortable and there were many outside areas to choose from although we spent most of the time at the beach or inside (the AC worked great even in the 100deg heat). Neighborhood was gated, small and private and the beach was clean and uncrowded, even on the weekend. We would love to come back for a visit soon. Thanks for hosting us Kathryn!

Cheyenne’s place is the perfect family getaway. The place is clean and cozy and Cheyenne was very responsive. We look forward to staying here again.

Great value. Great host. Fun area. Ocean views from the master bedroom and throughout the upper patio. The host was very understanding and flexible with us regarding our stay extension request. The house was clean and perfect. This home is on the Bolivar Peninsula not Galveston so if you want to go to Galveston you have to take a ferry. The ferry is free and runs 24/7. There are some fun tiki bars and smaller restaurants on peninsula that we enjoyed. The fenced yard was perfect for our large dogs. Thank you, Maura! 🌊❤️🦀🎣

When we first got to the house, we were truly blown away by the view from the top deck. It felt so cozy inside and the windows allowed us to see that view at all times during the day. This is such a private area on the beach and this stay truly felt so intimate and nice. LETS TALK ABOUT THE SEASHELLS…. I have traveled a lot of places but have never seen a beach have so many beautiful shells! Overall though the stay was fantastic and I truly don’t know who enjoyed it more, my dogs or me!

We had a wonderful experience at this location. The host was very friendly and communicative. The home matched the pictures perfectly, and I would definitely book it again. It’s just minutes from the beach and conveniently close to fishing spots. Additionally, if you have kids, there’s a park nearby!

It was a perfect spot for our family vacation. We loved how quiet and peaceful it was while still being close to restaurants and activities. We would definitely stay here again.

We visited a couple of weeks after a hurricane and it was as if it never happened. The house was clean and inviting. We instantly felt right at home. The kitchen is well stocked and linens are clean and soft.

So the house was nice. There was a pile of dirt that was swept into a heap but never picked up in the kitchen and there was pop corn and markers under the couch. I only noticed those when I was trying to get the recliner to work. The pool was supposed to be heated upon arrival but never reached temp. It was almost swimmable by the time we were leaving. But all in all it was cool. And the cargo elevator was nice to use. But we had a great time and they were very responsive. The house being somewhat dirty wasn’t that big of deal but they should probably check on their cleaners. I’d definitely go back but hopefully they turn the pool on way in advance so it was hot during the cold weather.

Our stay was fantastic! The space was exactly as pictured, impeccably clean, safe, peaceful and perfectly located for exploring the city. Angie was incredibly kind, and responsive to our messages. She made sure we had everything we needed. Can't wait to come back!

The house is gorgeous and it has the most amazing views. Sunrise from the master bedroom windows was the highlight of each morning. The owners were helpful and very responsive - we had one or two small issues at checkin that they handled immediately. We loved the closet of board games! The area is quiet and there is only one grocery store but it had everything we needed. We didn’t go to any local restaurants. A few things to consider: the listing says 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. This is true but one bedroom and bathroom is in an apartment downstairs so it wouldn’t be good for kids. It is a longer walk than it appears to the beach. It was fine for me and the kids but would’ve been way too far for someone with mobility challenges. The kitchen wasn’t as stocked as I had hoped (no real glass wine glasses, only plastic, not a lot of silverware, short supply of spatulas etc). Finally, there were no amenities for the beach, no buckets or shovels, no beach towels, so pack your own.

We took a risk and booked during December knowing well that we would not be able to get in the water due to cooler temps. Despite this, we had a great time! The view was beautiful. The location was private. We were the only ones at the beach during or stay. I would love to come back during the summer. There were a couple of upkeep issues but the host let us know with time and responded quickly as well. Overall it was a good experience and would love to book again.

Love the area! Close to the beach it's was very peaceful and quiet. Neighborhood friendly. House was very clean and nice. Home away from home kitchen have everything you need for your stay! Check In and check out very easy!

Great spot for a quiet weekend. You do have to drive to pretty much everything other than the beach but we didn’t mind that! Beautiful views and super friendly staff!

Great location to the beach and a nice view of ocean. Small deck to sit outside and enjoy view of ocean. It does overlook RV park. Condo was as pictured and host was responsive. Bed was very comfortable!

I highly recommend John's place for your next stay. The spacious, fenced-in yard and well-equipped, generously sized home exceeded our expectations. Every detail was carefully considered, ensuring a comfortable stay for our family with no complaints. The view was incredible with the beach just steps away, and we cannot wait to return!

Stephanie's was flexible in accommodation and easy to communicate with on top of that Stephanie's beach house was in new condition the HVAC, electrical.plumbing, appliances tv, wi-fi. worked great! The views where amazing from the house. This is a great diamond of a place to stay and I will tell my friend's about her place and when returning to Crystal Beach I will book up again at Stephanie's beach house!

Absolutely wonderful stay! The home was very clean, and exactly as photographed. Views were spectacular even with the overcast. Host is extremely nice and responsive. Would definitely come here again!

Our family of 9 had a great winter weekend stay. The house is beautiful, layout is great and fit us perfectly. Great living area with high ceilings that was super comfy for all. Kitchen is lovely and well equipped. Nice beds and well appointed bedrooms for our group. The bunk room has full sized bunk beds, so were large enough for adults. Great views and beach access and very private in winter. Tammy was super responsive. There was some difficulty getting into the house at check-in and she responded right away. Also, answered all questions quickly. One of us left sentimental jewelry and she is mailing it back to her. House is located almost to the southern end of the island- far from the hustle and bustle of more crowded parts of Galveston which was perfect for us. Would absolutely book again for a group.

From the moment I walked into the home, I was mesmerized by the attention to detail. The furniture was unique. The tall cabinets with glass and lights were amazing! Every room was pristine and beautiful! The backsplash was creatively set with real oyster shells! The shed was full of beach toys for children and adults. The house is located on the free beach which allows fires and fireworks. It was a wonderful place to celebrate my birthday and ring in the new year! I will definitely stay in this house again!

Host was very responsive and helpful. Up front about issue with clothes dryer and oven. Techs sent during stay to attempt to make repairs. Oven repaired but part had to be ordered for dryer. Bob sent local property management representative Rafael to help with getting windows open the evening of our arrival. Rafael was very friendly, professional, responsive and helpful. Home had some exterior issues from recent hurricane and needs some repair. Property / Home was clean, decorated and accommodating for pets. I communicated with host Bob via email / app. and text. He was very friendly and responsive. It was a pleasure communicating with him. I would stay at the properties of this host again.

Nice house with a great view , the different style makes it stand out from the other houses on the beach . Made it easy for us to find the house when we would go out . Very spacious as well would definitely come again

This home was beyond beautiful. My family and I enjoyed such great intimate moments. This was by far the perfect place to have my brothers engagement surprise. Although, we had a few hiccups after our stay. Which really affected me emotionally. I’m happy to say we got through the rough patch. Gabriela was very helpful and very generous and understanding throughout our entire stay. She was by far the sweetest. I hope to stay again in the future!
