What a fantastic apartment in the most perfect location , it’s not often you find a place that’s even better than the photos , super stylish with immaculate detail throughout . we met Carlos’s partner who was friendly and very helpful .we had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend those who are lucky enough to visit Valencia with the perfect base for your stay

We stayed one week in Kath‘s apartment as part of a longer workation in Spain. It’s located in the middle of the Ruzafa area and allowed us to explore all the great restaurants and bars on foot. The apartment has everything you could ever need for a workation: fast fiber internet, fully equipped kitchen and even our dog was allowed. We are definitely coming back next time we want to stay in Valencia!

Logement très agréable, très bien équipé, de plein pied, appréciable quand on est en famille. Eduardo est très réactif et sympathique. Le seul bémol est de trouver une place pour garer la voiture.

We were here on a weekend. Nice, clean apartment just steps away from a market, grocery store and little eateries. Very clean with comfortable bed (slept like a rock), and good water pressure in the shower. Easy metro access from the train station. We liked that this had more of a chill neighborhood vibe tucked a little away from the noise and crowds of tourists in town. The tourist scene is about a 10 min walk. (8 Min walk to the Central Market). Felt very safe all through Valencia. Would stay here again.

Nos sentimos como en casa. Todo muy cómodo y limpió. El trato con la anfitriona estupendo. Recomendable 100%!

Super Lage, die Altstadt war schnell zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war super und zuvorkommend. Alles perfekt!

Unser Aufenthalt in Rosas Apt. war perfekt! Rosa war zu der Zeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit, wir konnten flexibel einchecken und ihre Mutter hat uns alles erklärt und Umgebungstip gegeben. Das Apt. war sauber, gemütlich und toll eingerichtet, die Küche hatte alles was man braucht und war sehr sauber. Auch in der Umgebung war alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar und in Strandnähe! Vielen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

O Airbnb é extremamente limpo e organizado, sem contar que a anfitriã era super querida e atenciosa, valeu super a pena! 🥰

Loft muy bonito y acogedor, perfecto para una pareja, bastante amplio y completo, todo funcionaba a la perfección, zona muy tranquila y a 5 min a pie del centro comercial Gran Turia, la cocina contaba con todo tipo de menaje, los baños estaban impolutos y completos, Carmen la anfitrióna super amable y super atenta, contesta muy rápido y nos indico a la perfección como llegar, el garaje es amplio para dejar el coche sin problema, un gesto que nos gustó mucho es que tiene una guía sobre las cosas más importantes para ver y sitios para comer en Valencia en definitiva super recomendable.

Cabanyal is a fantastic place to stay. Residential and vibrant with lots of history and places of interest, and cafes, bars, restaurants. Walking distance to the beach and also to the fabulous uber modern arts and science centre area. Ten minute walk to the metro - Maritim. Rafa's apartment was perfect for 5 of us to stay. It's not in the roof of an apartment but on the ground floor with direct access from street. Beautifully built and decorated. Spacious and light. Very comfortable to stay in and easy to get around from there. Definitely visit the small, local bar La Paca which is about 10 doors down. And the restaurant La Llimera which is also on the same street. We hired bikes to get around which was very easy and a great way to explore the city.

El loft es muy espacioso, todo estaba muy limpio con todo lo necesario que indicaba en el anuncio. Teddy en todo momento muy amable y servicial. Volveríamos

We had a great stay at Francisco’s place. Francisco himself was so friendly and helpful. We arrived early and he let us in. He spent time showing us the apartment and giving us top tips and recommendations. The apartment itself was just as described. Spotlessly clean, as the photos showed and a great roof terrace. Super. Javi ist ein super Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei, die Unterkunft sehr schön, genau wie auf den Bildern. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt, toll ausgestattete Küche. In etwa 10 Gehminuten kommt man zum Strand, dort sind verschiedene Restaurants und Shops. Bus- und Bahnhaltestellen sind auch in ca. 10 min Entfernung zu erreichen. Mit dem Bus fährt man etwa 25-30 Minuten in die Stadt, mit der Metro etwa 15. Javi hat eine Liste mit Restaurantinformationen in der Unterkunft. Es war genügend Toilettenpapier und Reinigungsmittel vorhanden. Der Kühlschrank ist groß und auch Supermärkte sind in etwa 10 Minuten Entfernung erreichbar (zu Fuß). Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt :) es war alles zu unserer absoluten Zufriedenheit

Perfect place to stay in Valencia, especially if you want to be close to the Sciences museum and the beach. Modern and clean appartment with everything you need. We were travelling with a toddler and Vicent was very understanding regarding our specific needs. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Super fijne kamer met een heerlijk terras buiten. We hebben genoten. De kamer is leuk ingericht, was helemaal netjes bij aankomst en we vonden het een groot pluspunt dat je kan koken in de kamer. De communicatie met Elizabeth was ook erg fijn, ze reageerde altijd snel en heel vriendelijk. In de omgeving kun je mooie wandelingen maken. Wij raden deze accomodatie aan!
