House was very clean & comfortable…fit our family of 9 perfectly! Love the swing in the shade overlooking the lake, the kids swing in the front & the nice fire pit area. Also the sandy swimming area off the pier is great for the kids! Another highlight is the awesome view of the sunset, the house is on a perfect spot on the lake. Thank you for another wonderful stay, we made lots of very special memories!!!

Our family took a trip to the Blair House in Wautoma, and our host, Annie, was wonderful. She had the house clean and ready for us when we arrived, and getting in was really easy. There were plenty of snacks, which the kids truly enjoyed. There are many activities in the area, but we especially loved visiting Nordic Mountain, the Trading Post in downtown Wautoma, and the Grimms Restaurant, known for Wisconsin's best dive bar. Everything we tried there was delicious! We also stopped at a local farmer at the end of the road from the Blair House to get fresh fruit, which was a delightful addition to our trip. Most of all, we enjoyed spending time by the fireplace, relaxing in the hot tub, and playing games in the rec room in the basement. We didn’t need much assistance during our stay, but Annie was always responsive. I appreciate the effort she put into ensuring we had a comfortable and enjoyable time. Being close to larger cities with a true up-north feel makes for a worthwhile trip.

What a great space. There were a few kitchen items we had forgotten, but they were available in the home already! The fire pit was perfect with a direct water view. Kayaks and boat house game room was a huge hit! Very quiet lake with amazing fishing right off the dock. The hosts were so responsive and kind. This place was our groups favorite yet (we pick a new place to do team building every year). So many options for sleeping we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The neighbors are permanent residents and very kind too. Super clean, comfy beds and the dvd player with movies was a great way to wind down on the chilly night we wanted to be in. We saw and heard tons of wildlife, but the bald eagle coming in for dinner Saturday night was very memorable. Clean, well kept and definitely recommend - saved to my favorite list for the area.

Thank you Virginia for hosting our weekend getaway! We appreciated that the place was very clean and inviting. Unfortunately the weekend was very wet and rainy so we were unable to be outside most of the weekend, but it appeared that the yard was big and well kept. The place had beautiful views of the lake and plenty of places to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. The arcade was a big hit for us since we were inside most of the weekend. There are also plenty of board games and puzzles for quality family time. We would definitely stay again but would do so in the summer months to take advantage of the lake, yard and fire pit.

We enjoyed the lake house very much. It had plenty of room for our extended family (10 adults + 2 kids). The house was stocked with all essentials and everything from baby cups to a blender and bar glasses. The lake views from the house and deck were fantastic. The lake was very clean and clear. The kids loved the shallow water near the dock and the little fish. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean. The covered portion of the deck was great since it rained every day of our trip.

This was our second stay here. We love the location, the peace and quiet. Cute, comfortable cottage with whatever you need for your stay.

This luxury home was more beautiful than the pictures. Our family enjoyed our stay in this stunning home! If you love to cook you’ll love the gourmet kitchen that is fully stocked. The home had so much for kids to do both inside & outside. Sitting in the hot tub overlooking the lake and seeing the stars was a highlight! We are already looking forward to another stay!

This home was PERFECT for our family vacation of 8 adults, 4 children 6 and under, and one dog. A beautiful private and quiet setting on a small but pristine lake which was enjoyed by everyone. The waterfront was perfect for building sandcastles, the dock and row boat saw a LOT of fishing (our two grandsons both caught their first fish here) the spacious yard was perfect for frequent badminton and bocce ball games, the fire pit was the perfect setting for late night story telling, and the house....the house was BEAUTIFUL and just as described! A large and spacious kitchen and dining area, separate family rooms to give everyone some separate space, and lovely bedrooms to accommodate all of us without feeling crowded. The hosts were extremely kind and responsive when we messaged them with some questions after our arrival. We all definitely recommend this beautiful home and hope to return here in 2 years for our next family vacation. Thank you to our hosts!!
