Jeremiah was a great host! Open communication, great response time. We enjoyed our stay in this well-kept space. Even though being on the main street in town can be noisy, it honestly wasn’t too bad. Our 9 month old was able to sleep through it all! We would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the Covington area.

A group of us decided to have a 'staycation' for a weekend and explore our city. This home was perfect for our group, we really were only there overnight. This location was easy to walk to a few places and easy to catch a ride over into Cincinnati. The home was well appointed and comfortable and perfectly suited our needs.

This location was in a great location. It was easy to get to, the included parking was convenient, and it was very spacious. If we are in that area again in the future, we would definitely stay again.

This is the 4th time we have stayed in this residence. We love the feeling of home, and how clean it is and convenient to the places we come to visit. It is a great place to stay. The only thing I would tell future renters is there is a homeless shelter less than 2 blocks away. Make sure that you lock your vehicle, and don't leave anything outside that you don't want to go missing. For the most part they do not bother the residence. Good thing if you go walking to just have a buddy along.

Just needed a place to stay near Cincinnati for the night after a concert. This place is perfect, clean, and in a great location if you need to uber anywhere. Small place but super functional and clean! Great communication with the owner!

The Pickle Factory is a hidden gem, it's very walkable for everything in Covington and quick walk across the Ohio River to Cincinnati. I plan on returning the next time we come to the area. The room was extremely clean and has everything you need for a few nights stay. I loved the assigned parking and secure main entrance. Plenty of nice restaurants and breweries to walk to. I wouldn't pass this place up if it's available for your trip!

We all have the home an A+++ Because it exceeded expectations, but we couldn’t open the front door but the back door opened with no problem. It was awesome to have 3 ovens and 2 Refrigerators with all the food we prepared for thanksgiving dinner. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Y’ALL DID GREAT.

We had 5 adults with 2 being elderly. Very comfortable accommodations for all of us. The step in shower was perfect for the seniors in our group. Often we have friends and family that are going to the Ark Encounter or other attractions in the area. We will definitely recommend this home.

We absolutely loved the deck, the dock and peaceful setting! House was comfortable and showers were fantastic! The driveway was a bit steep. But, we got a huge laugh from it. Thank you! We will definitely stay here again!

We had to change locations because of my mistake and Jeremiah was quick to answer and provide helpful solutions. He was incredibly accommodating and made the experience 1000000/10 in all aspects of our stay. Definitely recommend booking w Jerimiah and NeatSuites.

The bed was very comfortable. Street parking wasn’t ideal as we got back late and had to park around the block but otherwise great stay!
