Casa Luminosa in de oude Joodse wijk Ortigia

The house is in a friendly neighbourhood where you will find a great assortment of bars and restaurants in close proximity to the house. That said, the house is located in a small cul-de-sac, away from the hustle and bustle of Ortigia. It is on two floors with a spacious terrace, ideal for al fresco dining. On the first floor is a bedroom with a bed that can either be a king-size or two single beds. Please let us know in advance what your preference is so that we can organise the beds according to your needs. The first floor bedroom also has a small balcony and private en suite. Upstairs includes an open plan kitchen diner with a beautiful terrace, which then flows through to a comfortable living space/double bedroom with small balcony and walk in closet. This floor also includes the main bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob and electric oven, a dishwasher, washing machine fridge and freezer. There is also an espresso machine, for that critical morning energy boost. The terrace is equipped with table and chairs that can be folded away, should you wish to use the space to soak up the rays instead, for your convenience there is a remote control canopy for shade. We have a small but growing collection of books on all things Sicilian. Amongst the books are guidebooks to Sicily including a book with hiking tours of the island. Please feel free to enjoy the books, but please do not take them with you. There is high speed internet in the house and SMART TV, linked to satellite TV as well as the internet. The house has air-conditioning, as well as heating in the winter. The staircase that leads to the first and second floors may prove challenging for people with mobility issues. The open staircase also means that the house is not suitable for smaller children. The entire house is there for you. We will personally deal with all the booking details. We have a local agent, Enrico, who will be on hand when you arrive to show you the house and hand over the keys. He will also be on call if there are any problems during your stay, additionally, we will be able to provide you with any further guidance to ensure you have a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The house is on a peaceful cul-de-sac in the in the old Jewish quarter of Ortigia, Guidecca. Its location makes it ideal for exploring Ortigia, Siracusa, and the surrounding area. It's close to an incredible food market for culinary adventures. There are a number of excellent restaurants and cosy bars in the neighbourhood (see the guide). If there are more than four of you traveling to Ortigia, there is a very nice boutique hotel next door that may be able to accommodate any additional guests. Enrico, our manager, can organise pick up in a taxi from Catania airport to the house. If you choose to rent a car, there is no parking space at the house, but there are car parks at the entrance to the island. We can provide details of these. There are also buses from the airport to Ortigia. We will provide you with a map once you have booked our house, showing you how to find it and also where to park. We are passionate about Sicily and Ortigia and are more than happy to recommend things to see and do, including favourite restaurants and bars, beaches, and day trips to the nearby towns (Noto, Modica, Ragusa etc.), so that you can come to enjoy Ortigia as much as we do. If there are more than four of you traveling to Ortigia, there is a very nice boutique hotel next door that may be able to accommodate any additional guests.

Villa Colapesce

De accommodatie, met uitzicht op zee en directe toegang tot het strand van Gallina, is in Avola, een stad met een profiel gemarkeerd door de kust, waardoor je jezelf kunt onderdompelen in de schoonheid van de kleuren en smaken die typisch zijn voor dit deel van Sicilië. Zeer dicht bij: Cava Grande del Cassibile, Noto, Syracuse, met de prachtige Ortigia, en het oude Griekse theater,de oase van Vendicari, Marzamemi. Ongeveer een uur, anderhalf uur van Scicli, Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Acitrezza, Acicastello, Taormina. Een knooppunt van schoonheid.

Seafront House is een prachtige accommodatie in het barokke hart van Ortigia, in een van de oudste en meest karakteristieke buurten van het eiland Aretusea, tussen de charmante straten van het historische centrum en op slechts 20 meter van het charmante gratis strand van Calarossa, waarvan je kunt genieten van het adembenemende uitzicht terwijl je geniet van goede wijn vanuit het comfort van je huis. Je zult in een buitengewone hoek van het paradijs wonen, waar elke steeg naar geschiedenis ruikt en de pracht van Magna Graecia duidelijk is!

Deze woning is gemaakt en ingericht met alles op het 'wow' -effect van de gast. Hier heb je het comfort van een huis met de diensten van een hotel. Daarnaast zal dit huis dankzij de strategische locatie je helpen om de stad te voet te bezoeken. In feite ligt het op 12 minuten van Ortigia. Het is omgeven op honderd meter van verschillende plaatsen om te bezoeken: Museum, Sanctuary, Basilica, maar vooral het beroemde Archeologisch Park Neapolis. Binnen een straal van 100 m vind je: pinautomaat, apotheek, eten, kapsalon.

Casetta Dione is een prachtig gebouw ondergedompeld in het hart van het historische centrum achter de karakteristieke regionale markt. Gelegen op 300 meter van de prachtige zee van ons eiland, ook profiteren van het uitgeruste solarium. Het huis is geschikt voor vier personen en je vindt een schone en ontsmette omgeving. Tancredi 's huis aan zee

Tancredi 's huis is gelegen aan het zand, 150 m van zee, voor het huis alleen pijnbomen en duinen. Het is zeer geïsoleerd. De accommodatie is 2300 vierkante meter en strekt zich uit tot aan zee. Toegang tot het strand is direct en privé. De bedsea is laag voor vele meters en zeer warm. Het is een plek vol parfums, magie, suggestie. 27 km barok van Noto, 13 km badplaats Marzamemi, 14 km van Portopalo di Capo Passero.
