Take a 15 minute stroll along the seafront promenade into Deal town with its award winning high street full of restaurants, cafes and independent shops. Unlimited free street parking. Campbell Cottage is located just moments from the sea and a mere 10 minute easy flat stroll along the promenade to the pier and Deal town centre. The local parade of shops just a few minutes away includes a bakery, off license, hardware store, chemist and launderette. There are also several coffee shops, pubs, takeaways and restaurants on the doorstep. Walmer Green is the hub for summer events including the famous Deal Carnival in July and weekly Sunday concerts at the bandstand. From May to September the free open air children's paddling pool is open . Guests will be given their own keys Someone who’s offsite will be available as needed The cottage is located in a quiet residential street just back from Walmer Green and the seafront. A 15-minute level stroll along the seafront promenade leads to Deal town. Buses into Deal, Sandwich, Canterbury, Dover and beyond stop a few metres from the cottage. Deal's award winning High Street and train station are also only a 15 minute stroll away. With pubs, cafés, and local shops selling basic provisions on the doorstep. Walmer Green is a few paces away from the apartment and throughout the summer provides the backdrop for weekly events such as the annual antiques brocante, funfair, vintage car and motorbike displays, food market.

Mayfayre - 2 Bed Cottage Beside the Beach

This luxurious two bedroom cottage is right beside the sandy beach. There is a spacious open-plan lounge (inc wood-burner) and dining area. The two double bedrooms have built-in wardrobes on the ground floor and stairs to a mezzanine suitable for children with two single sofa-beds. The kitchen is fully equipped including a washer, drier, fridge freezer and all crockery and cutlery. The ground floor bathroom has bath (with shower), sink & WC. Outside is a large family garden, table & chairs.

A charming, Grade 2 listed country cottage, dating from the 1700’s. Located in the village of Sedlescombe, which retains its charm of an old English village, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Recently renovated, the cottage has been refurbished to a high standard. With underfloor heating in the bespoke wet room & a magnificent copper style bath in the bedroom. Bell Cottage is situated in the rural village of Ringwould in Kent which is one of the oldest villages in the country. Offering stunning walks and views over the countryside towards the coast. Located between our beautiful hometown of Deal, which was voted one of the UK's best seaside towns and Dover, home to the famous White Cliffs and Dover Castle. Both being a short drive away. Our cottage is set back approx 12 metres of the busy main A258. We are approx 2 miles from main Deal town.

Bay Cottage -last minute special offer!

Bay Cottage is a beautiful 18th century cottage located in the heart of the of Broadstairs. The beach, shops and restaurants are only 2 minutes walk away. We are happy to accept dogs but we ask for guests not to allow them upstairs in the bedrooms. An additional pet fee of £25.00 will be requested on booking. The cottage has a large enclosed rear patio garden. Free parking is available 2 minutes walk away on the Eastern Esplanade.

Characterful cottage for two on quiet farm lane

Willow cottage is a one bedroom detached home on a quiet farm lane in Playden, 2 mins drive from Rye, the historic cinque port town. The perfect cottage for a couple (plus baby) to relax in. There are plenty of country walks direct from the cottage and Camber Sands and Winchelsea beaches a 10mins drive away. There is a dedicated parking space outside. The owners are next door to give you local recommendations if required.
